A Name-Giving Ceremony is considered a formal introduction of your baby to your loved ones and to welcome your baby to your family. Traditionally this type of ceremony is for a young child in their first years of life. After this time there are other ceremonies of recognition or transition.
A Name-Giving Ceremony is not a baptism or a christening, although if requested I can add a religious component to your ceremony. This is an important milestone for you and your child filled with love, meaning and ritual.
- Your ceremony will be individually crafted especially for your child
- A beautiful decorative Photo Album will be given to you from me as a memento
- Unlimited phone and email contact
- Appropriate dress for your ceremony
- Use of a PA System if required
- Printed Name Giving certificate for your child
- Printed Name Giving certificate for your godparents
- Travel for up to 50 Km round trip from my home
